Lunar Pixel wellness apps are intended for general informational and self-tracking purposes only. The content, plans, and information provided do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or guidance. Before starting any fasting regimen or making significant changes to your diet, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Lunar Pixel B.V. accepts no liability for any health outcomes resulting from the use of our apps.
Our mobile apps are distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When you download or purchase our apps through these platforms, the relevant platform's terms of service also apply. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services linked from our website or apps.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar Pixel B.V. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €50.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
