2.1 Website — Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.2 Website — Automatic Data

Our web server may log standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and page visit timestamps for security and operational purposes. This data is not used for profiling or tracking.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data collected via the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry or support request, and to process data deletion or privacy rights requests. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell your data.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For EU/EEA residents, the legal basis for processing contact form data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request. Where applicable, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) for server logging limited to security purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with email service providers to deliver your message, and with authorities if required by law. Any processor we engage is bound by a data processing agreement.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal number of cookies and similar technologies:

• PHP session cookie (essential) — a temporary cookie used to protect our contact form against CSRF. Expires when you close your browser.
• Cookie consent preference (functional) — stored in your browser's localStorage to remember your cookie choice. Does not transmit data to our servers.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics at this time. Should we introduce analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested.

7. Data Retention

Contact form messages and associated personal data are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, or until the matter is resolved, after which they are deleted. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
